An exciting start of our game drive today.  Hyenas kill a buffalo but 2 lions tried to take the kill away from them.  The hyenas fought back and chased the 2 lions away.  A brave lion came in and started growling and chasing the hyenas away all by himself.  While all these things are happening, a pair of jackals bark at the brave lion, like chihuahuas on big dogs.  After the brave lion scared the hyenas away from the dead prey, one of the 2 lions that got chased away came back and helped the brave lion guard their feast.  All in all, a pretty awesome start of the day for us.  National Geographic style.
