Riquewihr, located in the Alsace region of Eastern France, features a charming walled village with cobblestone streets and medieval homes.  The village is on a wine route, surrounded by expansive grape vineyards.  It served as Disney’s inspiration for Beauty and the Beast.  Picture Belle and her father living here.  There is also a nearby castle that overlooks the village, and one can easily imagine who lives there.
